- If your product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or missing at the time of delivery, please submit a return request on the Daraz app or website.
Return requests should be made within 14 days of the delivery date for all products.

Note: Groceries and Digital Goods are not eligible for the 2x Money Back Guarantee.

- For issues with electronic appliances and mobile phones after usage or once the return policy has expired, please verify if the product is covered under the seller’s or brand’s warranty.
For products purchased under Daraz Like New, phones are covered by a 3-month warranty, while laptops and tablets have a 6-month warranty. Please refer to the Daraz Like New Warranty Policy and Warranty Policy for full Terms and Conditions.

Conditions for Returns
- The product must remain in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and free from defects. For fashion items, you may try them on to check the fit, and they will still be considered unworn.
- The product should be returned with all original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, invoice, and any included accessories.
NOTE: Please ensure that the Order Number and Return Tracking Number are clearly displayed on your return package to prevent any delays or issues with the return process.
